Agreement:
Zennoexperts team provides services of bot creation for ZennoPoster and ZennoBox.
When ordering templates for ZennoPoster, the client receives a fully working bot without opportunity to edit and analyze its structure. The client can use the template on any computer with installed and authorized on his email ZennoPoster and Zennobox. If client needs an open source template, it must be discussed in advance before the start of the project. Any template/bot can be authorizaed to only 1 client’s email. If client needs it working on more than one email it must be discussed before the project start and can affect the price. In view of the fact that in our work we use many personal data, including various C # code snippets, we can always reject do the template open source before the project start.
Terms of the order:
- The client provides a detailed specification, listing all the necessary requirements of the bot. The more detailed the better.
- We discuss all requirments with the client, correct the specification if necessary.
- The client reads the final version of the specification, if it suits him requirements it should should be approved as well as a budget.
- 50% of the budget should be paid upfront
- If during bot creation we find out that there is no way to finish it correctly according to the specification, all money paid will be refunded.
- When it is finished we test it on our side, sharing results of the work and the client pays the other 50% of the price.
- The client tests the bot, if there are any small bugs we will fix them. Test period - 3 days.
- If the bot works properly according to the specification during test period we won’t proceed any refund after.
- If clients have new requirments after the beginning and setting up the specification and budget we used to handle this without additional payments. If new requirements take additional feature or changes in logic, budget can be increased.
Terms of bots use:
- By default you can use ZennoPoster template or ZennoBox bot only with one license. If you need it working with multiple licenses it is necessary to discuss before the project start.
- The maximum number of licenses for ZennoBox - 3. So we can provide the bot on 3 different emails. ZennoBoxs fee for each license is 10 USD.
